ADP is looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager Primary Responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads based on the marketing plan and department goals.Project management of entire campaign from inception to reporting. Review market research, monitor conversion rates and optimizing campaigns as needed.Continuously develop new strategies to increase touchpoints within a customer's journey to optimize conversion rates. Develop a cohesive, repeatable process for campaign development and implementation that operationalizes key campaign tactics. Build campaigns utilizing lead nurture content, thought leadership, business tools, education, etc. Make recommendations for additional assets based on performance. Partner with sales development teams to ensure quality lead delivery and proper follow-up according to established service level agreements. Build a consistent feedback loop and continuously improve and optimize lead hand-off processes in conjunction with the Marketing Operations team. Own campaign strategy and implementation plans with execution support from web, design, and field marketing teams. Manage agency and contractor relationships, expectations, and budgets. Establish and report on results to leadership and key stakeholders and set strategy for future campaigns based on past results Requirements: Experience with marketing automation (e.g. Eloqua), (SFDC), and other marketing tools and technologies Collaborate with the content team to create compelling assets that support lead generation efforts, such as whitepapers, webinars, case studies, and e-books Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing Proven ability to project manage, lead teams, define marketing objectives, execute campaigns, and track and evaluate results Familiarity with A/B testing, market segmentation, marketing automation, lead demand generation and nurture strategies In-product marketing experience a plus Collaborative and consensus-builder Results oriented and entrepreneurial in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of and experience with AI-driven content generation tools a plus YOUí¢€™LL LOVE WORKING HERE BECAUSE YOU CAN: Have courageous team collaboration .
