We are a fast-paced and rapidly growing company in the SaaS industry, dedicated to revolutionizing the long-term care industry with our innovative software solutions. Our mission is to streamline reimbursement operations and optimize reimbursement and compliance through cutting-edge technology.We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales and Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in driving our sales process and supporting the COO with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have some SNF Medicaid Case-Mix Index (CMI) and Medicare PDPM clinical reimbursement experience in the long-term care industry, a knack for multitasking, and a detail-oriented mindset. You will play a pivotal role in managing and tracking projects, overseeing the flow of our services to customers, and ensuring that our operations run smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Sales Support:Perform sales calls and product demonstrations virtually, presenting our SaaS solutions to potential clients.Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to drive growth.Maintain and update CRM systems, tracking leads, and managing customer interactions.Operations Support:Assist the COO with daily operational tasks, ensuring the smooth flow of business processes.Manage and track various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.Oversee the flow of the company’s services to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Assist with new customer account set-up, including the creation of profiles and provisioning of users.Customer Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring our services meet their expectations.Act as a liaison between the sales team, operations, and clients to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.Software Learning & Adaptation:Quickly learn and adapt to our SaaS platform, becoming proficient in its use to support both sales and operations.Provide training and support to clients on the use of our software.Experience:Some clinical reimbursement experience with Medicaid CMI and Medicare PDPM in the skilled nursing facility industry is required.Previous experience in a sales or operations role, particularly in a startup environment, is a plus.3+ years of experience is preferred.Skills:Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in learning and using new software platforms.Ability to perform sales presentations and calls both in person and virtually.Education: Bachelor's degree requiredOther Requirements:Willingness to travel as needed (limited travel involved).Hybrid roleA proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Salary Range $80k-$100k depending on experience.Benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A dynamic and supportive work environment.#IND1
