The HR Support Coordinator is responsible for providing first-level response to employee questions on HR and Benefits policies, processes, and programs. This role supports new hire processes, employee exits, and provides administrative support across HR sub-functions.Employee Support:Provides first level response to employee questions on HR and Benefits policies, processes, and programs, escalating as needed to the appropriate team member.Record Keeping:Processes employee transactions, ensuring data integrityMaintains accurate employee records in HRIS and other HR systemsNew Hire Onboarding and Exit Support:Supports New Hire Process. Sends new hire paperwork, processes paperwork, conducts pre-employment screening, coordinates onboarding activities, and sends HR communicationsSupports Employee Exits. Processes terminations, sends out HR communications, and coordinates equipment return processAdministrative Support:Provides administrative support across HR sub-functions (Talent Partners HR Operations, and Total Rewards)Supports HR projects as neededCoordinates meetings and communicationsAssists with reporting and analyticsMaintains employee information, policy, and procedure manuals. Documents processes, policies, and proceduresDevelopment and Additional Responsibilities:Stays current with industry trends and best practices through regular research and professional developmentDevelops and maintains relevant skillsPerforms any other duties and tasks as assigned by managementHS Diploma, Associates or Bachelor's preferredProficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PPTGeneral knowledge of Judge HR policies and proceduresHandles confidential information appropriately
