You’ll also get to work at a company that cares about your career growth and will help you get the support you need to expand your possibilities.Click HERE to learn more about our Day 1 Benefits, 401k Program, Company Perks, Career Opportunities, Advancement Programs, Scholarships and more!Responsible for fostering a fun environment.Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers.Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events.Responsible for the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the facility paddock areas, utilizing appropriate heavy duty or specialized equipment (extractors, floor scrubbers, scaffolding, ladders, shovels, small tools, etc.) and proper cleaning chemicals as assigned.Responsible for routine cleaning, project cleaning (signage/light fixtures/vents, etc.)Responsible for proper cleaning, storage and maintenance of department equipment.Adhere to regulatory, safety, departmental and company policies.Support safety and accident prevention programs (PPE, LO/TO, BBP, HAZCOM, etc.) and informs manager on duty of any safety problems or concerns.Responsible for removing and cleaning of paddock floor pads.Present oneself as a credit to Company and encourages others to do the same.Other duties, as needed.Must be at least 21 Years of age.Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.Must have outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude.Must enjoy hosting others.Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests.A minimum of one year of cashiering and experience and/or money handling experience.Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Assistant Shift Manager or Manager.Must qualify for licensing by Ohio Lottery Commission.Must be able to navigate multiple computer programs.Must be able to pass background check.Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.We’ve grown to become the leading provider of integrated entertainment, sports content, and casino gaming experiences thanks to our 43 destinations across North America, online sports betting and iCasino via ESPN BET™ and theScore Bet Sportsbook and Casino®.Being an industry leader means more than being a purveyor of fun.
