Delaware North Travel and Hospitality is searching for full-time Administrative Assistant (Site Coordinator) to support our Operations and Human Resources teams at Fort Lauderdale Airport in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Delaware North has operated here since 1984.Perform functions related to obtaining badges for employees including creating badge applications, creating appointments, and tracking issued badges.Help associates with their onboarding and new hire paperwork.Create and deliver associate training programs.Maintain training records (schedules, attendance sheets, etc.) and provide reports on activities as needed.Escalate HR issues to the proper person and team.Other duties as assigned.Must be 18 years of age or older.Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience as a training administrator or similar role preferredProficient in Microsoft Office.Working knowledge of iCIMS and PeopleSoft is a plus.Ability to consistently stand, bend, stoop, and kneel.Ability to lift 35lbs.
