Patina Restaurant Group was recently named one of America's Top 25 restaurant groups by Nation's Restaurant News.Assist with the initial catering lead responses, sending menus, standard event details, and photos of the hotel, record keeping, and inventory managementHandle all third-party rentals for groups and manage deposit schedules for booked eventsManage inventory and generate merged documents such as proposals, contracts, and detail for manager reviewAssist with posting banquet revenue, review banquet checks for accuracy, and assist the International Sales Manager with property site visitsWork closely with other departments to coordinate details, special requests, VIP packages, and promotionsMinimum of 1 year of sales, administrative, or coordinator experience required, preferably in a hotel capacityAbility to work event hours including some holidays, weekends, and eveningsProficient with Microsoft Office Products including Word and ExcelExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsNo high school diploma or GED required
