For Project Manager Electronic Warfare & Cyber, we are seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to provide leadership for risk management and schedule development and maintenance for complex electronic systems critical to US Army warfighting.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing team in the early stages of a newly awarded 5-year task order with multiple opportunities for upward advancement supporting EW&C. The EW&C program delivers critical capabilities to counter current and future threats, enabling the next generation of warfighting capabilities from sensor to Soldier worldwide. By applying game changing cyber technologies through agile development methodology, we enable battlefield dominance for our Warfighters.Duties include, but not limited to:Development and maintenance of master schedules for systems acquisition and developmentDetailed, ongoing coordination with program and project leaders, and development contractorsIdentifying, analyzing, assessing, and communicating risk, and recommending courses of action to avoid or minimize program impactOther duties may be assignedMinimum RequirementsKnowledge and Skills Expertise with MS Project and the full suite of MS Office applicationsExpertise with the content and application of DoD 5000 life cycle acquisition requirementsExcellent communications skills including the ability to work on multi-functional teamsExperience8 years developing schedules for the design, development, testing and evaluation of software-intensive tactical C4ISR systems5 years providing risk analysis and mitigation plans for complex, large-scale systems3 years managing government technical acquisition programs3 years experience as a Risk Manager within a DoD enterprise environmentEducationBachelor's Degree; 4 years of additional experience may be considered for equivalencyClearanceActive TS/SCI security clearance required Preferred QualificationsExcellent communication skills including the ability to work on multi-functional teamsPrevious SETA experience within a government PMOFamiliarity with tactical-level electronic warfare and C5ISR concepts and programsPrevious management of government technical acquisition programsExperience as a Risk Manager within a DoD enterprise environmentOther QualificationsAbility to work within and office/lab environmentAbility to travel 10%The position is contingent upon candidate’s ability to meet physical and medical requirements as needed by the position; including compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local jurisdictional requirements.Government or customer site-specific requirements may include, but are not limited to, proof of full COVID-19 vaccination status, except in circumstances where a candidate is legally entitled to an accommodation.MAG Aerospace (MAG) is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer and is committed to Diversity and Inclusion.
