National Debt Relief is seeking an EUS Operations Supervisor to join our growing technology team. Reporting to the End User Services Manager, the Supervisor’s primary role is managing and maintaining computer inventory and preparing the equipment for deployment while overseeing a small group of Technicians. The position will be responsible for managing shipments, preparing user accounts and ensuring that deployment procedures and OLAs are in place for all deployment requests. The candidate must be team oriented, customer service driven, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.Responsible for the day-to-day team leadership of Operations TechniciansResponsible for managing inventory of hardware devices and software licensesMaintain accurate inventory records in the ITSM to ensure equipment levels are sufficient to meet organizational needsPrepare reports and metrics on inventory levels, hardware deployment and any other reports as requested by managementPartner with HR to manage Onboarding and Offboarding requestsPartner with the Shipping team to manage all computer shipmentsOrder hardware when required from resellerPackage and ship IT equipment to remote employeesUnbox, label, store and update inventoryCreate and maintain end users accounts and mailboxes in Active Directory and Office 365Build workstations using company standard image and softwareProfile workstations for deployment to remote end usersProvide IT onboarding training to new remote employeesProcess returned equipment from current and former employeesAssist with the creation and maintenance of knowledgebase articles for IT staff and employeesWork on special tasks and participate in projects as requiredRequired Skills/Abilities:Proven experience supporting a large environment comprised of Windows OS and Mac OSX Strong knowledge and support of Microsoft office applicationsPrior experience creating and maintaining Active Directory user accounts and O365 user mailboxesPrior experience providing remote user supportPrior experience utilizing IT Ticketing systemsPrior experience managing and maintaining hardware and software asset management systemsStrong problem solving, analytical skills, and critical thinkerOrganized, team oriented, with go getter attitudeAbility to deal effectively with competing priorities and demandsStrong written and oral communication skills with the ability to deal with staff at all levelsCollaborative approach and strong relationship building skillsAbility to lift 50 poundsEducation/Experience:High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline preferred3 years’ experience in IT Operations or related IT discipline with responsibility for inventory management and hardware deployment requiredPrior IT team leader or related supervisory experience preferred National Debt Relief was founded in 2009 with the goal of helping an expanding number of consumers deal with overwhelming debt. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings.
