The PricingAnalyst position is responsible for developing, analyzing and supporting strategic pricing programs to deliver profitable growth. The position works closely with the Senior Director of Pricing and operational business teams including Merchandising, Marketing, Stores, Supply Chain and Technology to support the execution and analysis of all pricing related strategies. We provide creative, multifunctional, customizable storage and organization solutions that help our customers save time, save space and improve the quality of their lives.We foster a culture built around our Foundation Principles, which define how we approach our relationships with our employees, vendors, customers and communities and influence every aspect of our business.Collaborates cross-functionally to support execution of pricing processes, including managing price record files, executing price changes and promotions, ensuring pricing integrity and compliance.Drives pricing analytics, benchmarking, testing and tracking; recap KPIs, opportunities and successes.Conduct analysis to better understand performance trends, mitigate risks, identify threats, and realize opportunities.Produce ad hoc reporting to enable analysis, recaps, and refinement of pricing and promotional decisions.Supports Buying and Planning teams in key pricing tactic decisionsCollaborate on pricing strategy and messaging with Merchandising, Marketing, Digital and Visual teamsPartner with Buying and Finance to track commodity, freight and other impacts to COGS.Acquires data from multiple sources using business intelligence (BI) and database tools such as MicroStrategy, Oracle, Cognos, etc.Consistently arrives promptly to work the assigned scheduleResponsible for maintaining discretion related to all confidential/sensitive company and customer informationWe believe in taking care of our team. We offer a fun and collaborative work environment where you can learn, grow, and make a real difference.Bachelor's degree preferred3-5 years’ experience in Analytics, Pricing, Merchandising and/or FinanceRetail experience strongly preferredHigh proficiency with Microsoft Office (advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Proficient in SQL. Tableau, Microstrategy, and Power BI knowledge a plus.Familiarity with retail KPIs including sales, gross margin, inventory, etc.Familiarity with accounting and finance practices and principlesStrong analytical skills including demonstrated aptitude with financial analysis and ability to generate insight from large and complex data sets.Based in Dallas/Ft.
