The primary responsibility of the HRG is to ensure compliance and daily operation of the organization’s Human Resource function. The HRG is responsible for ensuring department operations adhere to organizational policies and procedures in all matters related to Employee Relations (ER) matters, and industry requirements, while aligning with all applicable laws and regulations. This role reports to the Corporate HR Manager. ResponsibilitiesTrains, manages, and develops Human Resources Coordinator (HRC) Manages and ensures accuracy of employee data on all company platformsConducts training with employees on updates to policy and proceduresAddresses employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a confidential, fair, and compliant mannerServes as a business partner to the Regional ManagerAdvises on strategic issues while implementing HR practices to support and improve regional business results Conducts investigations as needed in partnership with the field leadership teamEnsures federal, state, and local compliance with record keeping and personnel mattersProvides HR guidance to regional, district and operations managers as neededHandles all Leave of Absence (LOA), ADA and Workers Compensation requests, including return-to-work communicationParticipates in weekly HR and field leadership conference callsLead and support ad-hoc projects as neededPartner with internal compliance team on all necessary field follow-up Monday-Friday 9am-5pmHybrid 3-4 days in officePearl RiverNY10965REQUIRED Hybrid Schedule 3 days on-site; 2 days remoteREQUIRED Multi-state experience; National is a plusRelevant professional HR experience including managing direct reportsHR certifications (HRCI or SHRM) Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Demonstrated ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentialityAbility to function and communicate effectively with all levels of employees within the organizationAbility to manage time and meet deadlines as directed by supervisorClear, effective, and concise verbal communication skillsEffective written and listening skillsProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteDetail-oriented, with specific knowledge of local, federal, and state lawsUSD $80,000.00/Yr.USD $85,000.00/Yr.
