Check out our company page: https://www.imagefirst.com/company/RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage key relationships within a targeted list of clientsAchieve quarterly targeted new business growth goalsVerify invoice accuracyPosition clients for contract renewalAssist and create loyal customersImprove customer loyalty through exceptional interaction and complete resolutions to any of their concernsWork with Route Sales Drivers/Customer Advocates, Service and Production leadership as needed to ensure consistent high quality deliveryAttend all sales meetings and sales trainingDevelop and maintain other analytic reports as required by managementDevelop and execute a Goodwill Plan within key accountsConduct quarterly business reviews with key contactsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Must have at least 3 years' of sales experienceMust possess a minimum of a 4 year college degree or equivalent experienceAccount management and customer service experienceMust be MS Office Proficient (Word, Excel)Must be willing to learn and grow with companyMust possess strong decision making skillsMust possess effective communication skills: written and verbalInterpersonal skillsInitiate new ideas to get the job done by going beyond the normal performance expectations of the positionHandle all situations, i.e., time pressure, deadlines, task difficultyAchieve total task accomplishment through concern for all areas involved, no matter how smallGet along well with people and put them at ease; build rapport through use of listening and oral communication skillsWe offer a competitive total compensation package which includes a salary potential of over $90K (base salary of $65K-$75K along with commission).
