SUMMARYFloor Staff team members are classified based on individual theatre needs, and/or employee availability, as part-time employees whose primary responsibility is ensuring our guests receive exceptional service. Floor Staff may be scheduled to work in the Concession Stand or be scheduled as either an Usher or Greeter. Floor Staff employees must act as a representative of Regal in a way that is consistent with our mission statement and policies, including:General cleaning duties,Regular and consistent attendance,Compliance with our company dress code; andHandle emergency situations when called upon to do so.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITIONS (INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO)CONCESSIONAIREUpselling/Suggestive sellingPromoting the Regal Unlimited programScanning pre-purchased & Unlimited ticketsPromoting the Regal Crown Club & Regal AppComplying with all local, state, and federal food safety lawsRequired to read and understand training materials that will cover:Subjects such as sexual harassment and discrimination.Abide by all federal & state laws regarding breaks and/or meal periodsOperating, preparing, and cleaning of all concession related equipmentOperating POS system, including proper cash handling & responsibility for:Accuracy of cash drawer, credit cards, and gift cards; as well asRedeemed coupons & concession stock inventoryUSHERManaging crowd controlEnforcing MPAA rating systemDirecting patrons to their auditoriumsInspecting backpacks & packages when applicableCleaning auditoriums at the end of scheduled showsAssisting guests in finding seats in auditoriums when necessaryReporting problems, discrepancies, or unusual situations that ariseReporting problems, discrepancies, or unusual situations that ariseMaintaining clean restrooms, lobby area, hallways, and other areasConducting in theatre inspections to monitor picture and sound qualityWatch for film & content piracyHelp maintain a safe quality environment within the auditoriumsMonitoring the cleanliness and operation of theatre vending equipmentAssisting with all opening and closing duties as assigned by managementGREETEREnforcing MPAA rating systemReview & scan pre-purchased ticketsDirecting patrons to their auditoriumsChampioning the Regal Unlimited ProgramWelcoming & Hosting guests to the theatreInspecting backpacks & packages when applicableReporting problems, discrepancies, or unusual situations that ariseQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
