LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a qualified Operational Risk Analyst to take on a 6-month contract with a global Banking leader. Please continue reading and apply if interested Responsibilities:Provide reporting and analytics within business controls for global operations and loss oversight municate and adhere to enterprise, operational and compliance standards.Facilitate governance activities.Manage and guide associates through documenting complex risk events that require extensive research.Develop and convey a point of view effectively through strong communication skills.Collaborate effectively with various stakeholder groups, engaging them fluence organizational leaders, business partners, and key executives to drive decisions across multiple lines of business.Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Requirements:2+ years' experience in operational risk, controls, and resilience in a banking environment.Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP functions).Strong communication skills with the ability to develop and convey a point of view.Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to prioritize in an environment where most issues are high priority.Ability to lead and influence without formal oversight and responsibility of team.Demonstrates excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Exercises good judgment, knowing when to escalate issues and how to manage expectations.Location: Scranton, PAWorksite Type: Hybrid - 3 days onsite and 2 days work from homePay: $40-44/hrPay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hourSearch managed by: Nick Gioffre Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
