The Reset Associate performs tasks including but not limited to store resets, remodels, reading and acting on planograms, and cleaning and resetting products, shelves, pegs, and tags. We are passionate about our people, technology, and process because when you succeed, we succeed!Team Requirements"¯Must be at least 18 years of ageRetail Reset or Remodel experience preferredAbility be able to work the entire duration of the project they are assignedExperience working with planograms and full components of a reset, to deliver excellence to each project is preferredProven ability to work in solo and team environments is required, where team-orientated, highly motivated, and self-driven individuals are preferredEffective customer relations skills meant to always deliver exceptional serviceWe encourage applications from candidates who:Are returning to the workforceHave military experienceDo not have a high school or college degreeMake your experience count!Looking for experience in Retail, Reset, Remodel, Construction, Customer Service, Driver and/or Warehouse work.May be required to complete pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and/or Customer specific Certification programAccess to reliable transportationWorking ConditionsThis part time project position requires the ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs., to stand for prolonged periods and the ability to use hands and wrists regularly including repetitive motions. It is also required to work in low-level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching, as well as frequent standing.
