CENTERS' management approach is customized for each client yet retains our uniform quality. Our firm unites site staff with a centralized administrative team, each contributing to the firm's goals and client needs. The CENTERS team is innovative, entrepreneurial, trail-blazing, and ambitious for both CENTERS and our clients. Today, CENTERS provides management services for 14 clients.Core Responsibilities:Greet all members and guests who enter the facilityEnsure the proper identification is being used to access the facilityCorrectly input member’s and guest’s demographic information into our systemSuccessfully perform administrative dutiesSell and upsell membership and program packages as well as cycling promotional dealsMulti-task and work in a fast-paced environmentEnsure the most consistent and up-to-date information is supplied in all interactionsEnsure the workstation is kept cleanHandle money (cash, credit, checks) correctly and effectivelyAnswer, return, and transfer calls in a professional mannerAssist in the implementation of communications strategiesDevelop and innovate a comprehensive understanding of the Mylan Park’s programs and servicesReceive feedback in a team work environment and contribute to the creative process of projects through brainstorming sessionsRepresent the company in a professional manner consistent with Mylan Park goals and brandingAssist with other duties as assigned in an effort toward the overall functions of Mylan ParkOther duties as requiredMinimum Requirements:Basic knowledge of computer skillsAbility and willingness to enforce policies and handle conflict resolutionExcellent customer serviceAvailability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends when neededMust work one weekend day at least twice/monthSchedules vary: (Monday-Friday) 5:30am-9:30am, 9am-1pm, 1pm-5pm, 5pm-9pm. (Saturday) 7:45am-11:45am, 11am-3pm, 2pm-6pm (Sunday) 10:45am-5:45pm & 2pm-6pm.*Times are subject to change due to events and or planned closures. We do have abbreviated hours in the summer to stay open longer.Technical CompetenciesAbility to self-motivate with little or no supervisionStrong attention to detailExcellent communication skills (oral and written)Ability to manage long and short-term projectsProfessional CompetenciesAdaptability, analytical & critical thinking, customer service initiative & motivation, planning & project management, decision making & judgment, customer service, teamwork, diversity awareness, communication, and integrityHuman Relations:Internal contacts include staff at all levels.
