The digital health team at Boston Children's Hospital is designing digital solutions to enhance access to world-class pediatric expertise and build the care delivery model of the future. We are a multidisciplinary team spanning tech, business/strategy, and clinical backgrounds, working collaboratively to equip our patient families, referring providers and our caregivers with innovative, best-in-class digital tools. This role provides strategic, business planning, and operational support within the digital health team and strategic hospital projects; role will have senior leadership visibility and opportunities to work directly with clinical stakeholders. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, market analysis, and facilitating leadership discussions to support hospital strategy and new digital health opportunities. This role is ideal for problem solvers interested in applying innovation solutions to patient care and improving equitable access to pediatric care. This Senior Digital Health Strategy u0026Analytics Associate will be responsible for: Leading significant portions of digital strategy development, providing business model assessment, internal and external data collection, and strategic options assessment. Collects, validates, analyzes and synthesizes internal hospital data and primary and secondary research to contribute to the development of solutions to complex strategy problems. Able to think through value and relevance of new technology initiatives and demonstrate creativity to craft solutions that provide better outcomes for departments/clinicians/patients. Prepares and delivers succinct, clear, insightful and influential executive-level presentations to support various management decisions including market opportunity identification, volume forecasting, referral relationship strengthening, contracting, pricing and other strategic planning processes. Develops approaches to solving strategic challenges to VP levels and beyond through data-driven insights and business context gathered from external and internal conversations. Works with clinical and functional leaders across the enterprise to design, implement, and track key digital strategic projects that drive significant top-line and bottom-line growth. Manages complex initiatives, digital strategy execution, and other cross-functional initiatives independently. Interacts and collaborates with various stakeholders from other departments (e.g., Accountable Care Organization, specialty service lines, growth teams) to build alignment on analytical challenges and solutions and shepherd broader change management efforts. Leverages strong project management skillset to concurrently facilitate multiple digital strategy projects while driving towards completion. In order to qualify, you must have: Bachelor degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or Healthcare Administration or a related field and a minimum 3 years of experience with a wide range of strategic challenges and market dynamics, preferably in consulting, health system planning, or healthcare setting. Analytical skills to collect information from diverse sources, apply professional principles in performing various analyses, and summarize findings as a strategic plan in order to solve problems or design relatively complex systems and programs that cross department/divisional lines. Strong writing, communication and presentation skills in order to effectively deal with internal and external constituencies and stakeholders, respond effectively to conflicting views or issues and develop and present effective communications. Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence skills are required. Fluency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
