Our client at LHH is searching for a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to optimize production processes and ensure the efficient and cost-effective manufacturing of high-quality products. An individual with a strong background in engineering principles, problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous improvement would make a great addition to the teamKey Responsibilities:Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and quality.Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.Conduct time studies and workflow analysis to optimize production efficiency.Implement lean manufacturing principles and practices to reduce waste and improve efficiency.Evaluate and recommend new equipment, tools, and technologies to enhance manufacturing capabilities.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Train and support production staff on new processes and equipment.Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.4+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role (outside undergrad/graduate research)Proficiency in CAD software, ERP systems, and other related toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma is a plus.Disclaimer: At this time, we are unable to sponsor visas or work with candidates who require visa sponsorship.This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients.
