Co-ops generally run anywhere from October to June, depending on the educational institution's academic calendar.We are seekingCo-Ops who possess the following educational and work qualifications:High school CTC/CTEorpost-secondary students currently enrolled in an automotive technology, collision repair, or general construction trades programThe ability to learn and use tools, blueprints, and measuring instrumentsA satisfactory or above academic, attendance and safety record.Based on business demands, the co-op is welcome to apply for future full-time 1stor 3rdshift opportunities, barring successful completion of high school or post-secondary graduation requirements and a minimum performance rating of meets expectations during their time at High Steel Structures LLC.
