Won’t you join us?$1,000 New Hire BonusUp to $21.79 / hourSelects and starts proper pumps for pours as-well-as associated temperature control systems.Set-up all formulations, including chemical parts and physical parameters. Assembles Pourline schedule-detailing bun lengths, samples changes, etc. enter into program.Modifies VPF schedule while pouring and change pressures between grades.Understands sequence of operation to manually override program to keep machine running when problems occur.Helps monitor pour and make needed adjustments to preserve and enhance product quality.Documents changes and issues with foam grades on run sheets.Completes all proper checklists.Operate VPF (Variable Pressure Foam) to ensure foam formulations are meeting and exceeding customer specificatServes as back up for hazardous chemical monitoring and hazqopper emergency response team.During non-pouring operations, responsible for setup of VPFPerforms required cleaning to maintain pouring machines in “like new” condition.Removes waste film and paper after pour; cleans excess foam from machine and floor.Assists in troubleshooting problems with pour and/or equipment.Read, Understand and be trained on all related standard operating procedure and work instructions to perform tasks successfully and meet customer and QMS requirements.For specific quality expectations for this position, reference related SOP’s and work instructionsBe qualified to use appropriate measurement device(s) such as ruler, caliper, tape measure, to verify product acceptance and proper machine operation.Constant visual inspection of materials and product to ensure acceptanceSet aside any material or product that does not meet specification for disposition by appropriate personnel (supervisor, quality representative)Annual Physical, Respirator Certification, Hazwoper Certification, lockout/tagout training, forktruck certification, Safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, hearing protection, hazardous waste training, hazard communications & forklift certification. Must wear company supplied uniforms at all times while workingHIgh School diploma or equivalentBasic math needed to perform determination of poly and bun measurements#LI-Onsite
