LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dynamic individual to join our client's team as an Assistant VP of Revenue Cycle Management in the Louisville, KY area. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire revenue cycle process (full cycle RCM), ensuring efficient billing operations, and maximizing revenue for our healthcare clients.Responsibilities:Manage and oversee the entire revenue cycle process, including billing, collections, and accounts receivableDevelop and implement policies and procedures to optimize revenue cycle performanceMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance revenueCollaborate with internal teams, including billing specialists and finance professionals, to ensure accurate and timely billing and collectionsStay up to date with healthcare regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and maximize revenue opportunitiesRequirements:Bachelor's degree, ideally in accounting or healthcare administration, business, or related field - masters a plus (MBA)Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management within the healthcare industryStrong knowledge of medical billing processes, coding systems, and insurance regulationsExcellent leadership and communication skillsProven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvementsExperience with revenue cycle management software preferredThis posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients.
