Job description Overview: The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for the service, warranty, and post installation life cycle of stone veneer and masonry projects for their assigned portfolio. This is a customer-facing role with a strong emphasis on customer service excellence and new home builder relations. Assistant Project Managers are the primary drivers of customer satisfaction in the warranty & service space of our products. Responsibilities:Own a portfolio of all service & warranty related items in the assigned market, including new residential constructionLead efforts to deliver a customer experience second to none, for both our trade partners and end usersManage a portion of new installations within the market, based off monthly volumeWhen needed, deliver on time and in full completion of stone veneer installsWork directly with our Warranty Coordinator & subcontractors, to deliver a timely and professional warranty & service experienceDemonstrate commitment to safety and compliance within the area, while accomplishing operational KPIs and metrics"‹Uphold a strong customer focus with the installer teams and demonstrate cross-functional leadership with sales, logistics, and support operations"‹Demonstrate our core values and success behaviors in their approach to work and leadership"‹Partner with Stoneworks Project Managers to grow market share, and increase customer satisfaction across the market Qualifications Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent1-3 years of experience working in construction field or tradesClean driving recordAbility to travel when required Competencies:Self starter & motivatedSolid computer skills including MS Office"‹Ability to pick up new computer systems and software programs quickly"‹Excellent interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to work & make decisions independentlyDesire for continually growth & learning Additional information Why work for Cornerstone Building Brands?Our teams are at the heart of our purpose to positively contribute to the communities where we live, work and play.
