LHH is excited to collaborate with a prominent Philadelphia client seeking a Benefits Enrollment Specialist. This contractual position offers an excellent chance for professionals in the field to enhance their skills and pursue a fulfilling career.The role includes:- Conducting thorough quality checks on benefits-related data.- Providing support for employees with claims issues and plan modifications.- Handling the distribution of enrollment materials.- Evaluating and confirming eligibility for benefits.Candidate qualifications:- Previous experience with HRIS software is essential.- Proficient communication abilities.- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.Key skills:- Exceptional interpersonal skills for engaging with managers and associates.- A commitment to delivering quality-based solutions.Experience requirements:- A minimum of two years of relevant experience.Employment details:- Type: Contractual- Salary: $23- $25/hr. - Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week.Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs.
