Benefits Manager- Kansas City Metro LHH is partnering with a client in the Kansas City metro who is seeking a benefits Manager. The Benefits Manager will oversee the design, implementation, and administration of our comprehensive benefits programs. This role requires a deep understanding of benefits regulations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees and management.Responsibilities:Develop and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local benefits regulations.Conduct benefits orientations and provide ongoing support to employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues.Analyze and evaluate benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and cost-effective.Collaborate with vendors and brokers to negotiate benefits plans and services.Prepare and present reports on benefits utilization and trends to senior management.Lead benefits-related projects and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits management or a similar -depth knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in HRIS and benefits management software.Job Details:Job Title: Open Enrollment SpecialistLocation: Kansas City MetroSchedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) Compensation: $25.00-32.00ph.Job Type: Contract to HireBenefits: Health, Dental, Vision, STD/LTDPay Details: $25.00 to $32.00 per hourSearch managed by: Claire Grossman Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
