Weu2019re seeking a future team member for the role of US Tax Operations Manager, Head of AIS FATCA to join our Tax Operations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, hybrid role minimally 3 days in this role, youu2019ll make an impact in the following ways: Oversee the AIS FATCA Tax Operations with teams across different regions. Develop and implement policies, procedures and controls to ensure compliance with FATCA/CRS requirements. Engage with senior business partners on contributing to prospective new business RFPs. Provide Control Oversight, Governance and status reporting. Analyzes business functions and processes, providing analytical analysis to challenge current processes to target process improvement and reduce risk. Able to think strategically. Solution problems with Client experience in mind. Able to collaborate with all relevant stakeholders effectively to achieve all program objectives. Able to actively remove blockers, present solutions to functional problems and program obstacles. Adhere to budget and headcount requirements and maintain productivity plan and goal.To be successful in this role, weu2019re seeking the following: Bachelors degree in a business discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 7-10 years of total work experience and 2-3 years of management experience preferred. Ability to collaborate across multiple groups and locations in a matrixed organization is required. Innovative mindset with process improvement experience required. FATCA/CRS Tax knowledge, education, and/or experience is preferred. Prior experience with data and/or business analysis and/or project management is preferred.
