We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Human Resources Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support to our team located in Milton, PA. This role will act as a critical liaison between all levels of management and HR professionals, ensuring the smooth execution of HR functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of related HR experience and a passion for driving effective HR programs.Job Summary: As a Human Resources Specialist, you will provide support in various HR functions including recruitment, retention, staffing, orientation, employee relations, project management, training and development, and human resource planning initiatives. You will be responsible for partnering with different business functions to ensure HR practices align with organizational goals.Position Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field required.PHR/SHRM-CP certification or an advanced degree is a plus.Minimum of 3 years of professional HR experience.Knowledge of ERISA, EEOC, and DOL regulations, with experience in employment sourcing, communications, and human relations.Experience with benefits and compensation administration, labor law, and organizational development.Proven ability to manage projects and lead HR initiatives.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft or Workday.Ability to multi-task with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and change.Ability to build consulting relationships and influence business leaders through effective coaching and partnership.Position Responsibilities:Serve as a day-to-day HR business partner, offering consultation and support to assigned functional teams.Coach and advise management on HR programs, employee relations, and effective HR practices.Lead and organize HR programs within assigned areas, managing aspects like EEO, unemployment, litigation, retention, and turnover.Collaborate with HR peers and cross-functional teams in Staffing, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and Legal to meet business needs.Implement approved HR programs and policies, promoting diversity and ensuring compliance with EEO/AAP regulations.Partner with staffing organizations and business units to facilitate recruitment pipelines, candidate selection, and future talent needs.Design and execute ad hoc reporting, conduct analyses, and provide insights to aid in sound business decision-making.Perform additional HR duties as required.Why Join Us?Collaborative and inclusive work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and petitive compensation and benefits package.Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hourSearch managed by: Bahirah Noble Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
