Portfolio Manager AssistantLocation: Portland, OR (100% Onsite)About Us: LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established property management company based in Portland, OR, to find a dedicated Portfolio Manager Assistant. This role offers a unique opportunity to be a vital part of a dynamic team, supporting Portfolio Managers in managing a portfolio of conventional properties. If you're looking to grow in property management and contribute to a thriving office environment, we want to hear from youHours/Schedule:Monday to Friday8:00 AM to 4:30 PMCompensation:$20-$28 per hour, depending on experienceDuration:Contract to HireParking:10 parking passes available on a first-come, first-served basisResponsibilities:Assist 1-3 Portfolio Managers with managing conventional propertiesHandle tenant issues and complaints that arise at the officeSupport the training and supervision of onsite staffEnsure compliance with company policies and landlord/tenant lawsDocument and assist in resolving employee issues, including disciplinary actionsTrain on-site managers and assistants on various tasks including advertising, renewal reports, rent collection, and comparative rent surveysManage social media information and legal noticesReview applicant screening reports and make recommendationsMaintain clear communication with Portfolio Managers about property activities and issuesAudit data software systems for accuracyRespond to resident concerns and handle move-out questionsAssist in property cleanliness and make recommendations for efficiency improvementsQualifications:1+ years of experience in leasing, assistant, or property managementExperience with Entrata and Skyline software preferred; Yardi experience is a plusStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to handle tenant and employee issues professionallyDesire to grow into a Portfolio Manager rolePay Details: $20.00 to $28.00 per hourSearch managed by: Jake Anderson Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
