Our drive to create more efficient, sustainable, comfortable environments for our customers continues to fuel our strong market position - and is the foundation on which our employees build fulfilling careers.To encourage the development of your full potential, we offer vast opportunities to learn new skills and experience innovation at work.Job Title: Executive Assistant - West Allis, WIJob Summary: The Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting the CEO and COO primarily and providing additional support to executive team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and operations run efficiently.Objectives:Maintain and refine internal processes that support high-ranking executives companywide and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflowsManage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasksPlan and orchestrate work to ensure that senior executives' priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheldProvide high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO, COO andor other assigned leadership staffSupport corporate initiativesPrepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the organizationCRMBudget WatchPower BISmartsheetsOrganize complex calendars and schedules, resolving any scheduling issuesAssist with Human Resource initiativesMaintain contact with local schoolsAttend Career fairsPlan events both internally and externallyCollaborate with corporate on Marketing materials for the companyManage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion - especially decisions directly impacting the operations of the companyOther additional duties assigned by the executive teamQualifications:Minimum 5 years of high-level administrative support and assistanceHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or 5+ years of related experience andor training.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must have experience with Smartsheets and Power BIMust be able to handle confidential information.Must be organized, detailed and able to prioritize tasks.Notice to prospective employees: There have been fraudulent postings and emails regarding job openings.
