From corporate campuses to single sites, EFS provides a range of services that support mission-critical areas of financial services, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, transportation, and education sectors.Job Title: Site Facility ManagerJob Summary:Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of area sites to ensure that client's needs are met andor exceeded by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisorsEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Manage the on site safety program, driving a safety first cultureDevelop key client relationshipsManage the workload to an established BudgetEnsures associates are serving both internal and external customer's needsMaintain the site process manuals and ensure compliance to SOPsUpdate and manage all changes to the contract equipment list or specifications through the Change Order ProcessManageAssessDevelop associates through the PAF processWorks with Human Resources to coach and discipline associates according to policyPerform candidate interviews and manage the new hire processManages the site HR process and submits completed reviews on timeManage the site employee training matrix to insure all employees have obtained required trainingManage subcontractors, including competitive bid process for requested projectsAble to create and document bid estimatesManage Subcontractor site safety video and contract specific documentsEnsures that paperwork and the work-orders from site are completed accurately and timelyPrepares for and attends required customer and Viox meetings including bimonthly site visits, regular staff meetings and steering team meetingsMonitors all trade group activities and sub-contractors on daily or project basisAble to perform required work orders as neededAble to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actionsManage Site Performance Metrics and implement action plans to address any metrics not meeting established goalsMaintains Site supplies inventoryManage Site Customer Projects Co-ordinate customer driven or PM generated project work-ordersSite management responsibilitiesTime SheetsWork OrdersFinancialsReporting to steering meetings (co-ordination and working wRegional Mgr)PO Generation and ApprovalCMMSPM'sMultiple site subordinate supervisionQualifications:Bachelor's Degree (BA) or equivalent from an accredited college or 10 plus years related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum 10 years experience in an industrial environmentMust possess a valid drivers licenseEnglish -Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizationComputer SkillsMicrosoft applications:Emphasis on use of Excel. Experience with formulas, graphs, and data manipulation. Should be able to move fluently through spread sheets.Word, should be able to create andor modify existing Word documentPower Point, should be able to create andor modify existing PP documentLotus Notes or other general use email programsUse of Internet and various search enginesKnowledge of CMMSMust have prior experience in the use of a CMMS programAbility to read technical drawings and manage projects from start to finishWorking knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Mech. systemsGood level of public speakingMust be able to make presentations to a group of people with the ability to speak clearlyAssertive Management StyleHiring and Termination of SubordinatesDiscipline of SubordinatesAbility to manage a potentially large team of skilled techniciansNotice to prospective employees: There have been fraudulent postings and emails regarding job openings.
