BH GUARD Insurance Companies are rated A+ (Excellent) by AMBest.Overview:Infrastructure Operations Manager on our Technology Services Team, you willoverseethe workflow oftechnology and security projectsfocusing onour organization's infrastructure. Coordinating and organizing technology projects consisting of On-Premises to Cloud migrationsand integrations, as well asmanaging IT service management project workflows and ensuring infrastructure compliance objectives are being met. Responsibilities include Infrastructure Operations and Project Management, Service Management and Workflow optimization, Establishment/Adherence to internal/external SLA’s, Monitor/Track Budget Expenditures, Audit and Compliance Tracking, Policy Manual Updates, interface with Legal/Purchasing Departments for onboarding vendors, Tracking Expiration of Infrastructure Contracts, Coordination of Annual Review of IT 3rdparty partners and IT Communications.The position can be located in either Wilkes-Barre, PA, Philadelphia, PA, and Parsippany, NJ.Manage and implement project plans, resource plans,reportingand other project management documentation.Principal lead for project initiation phase to completion; responsible for monitoring execution and reporting on results.Lead external/internal contract negotiation for all IT partner relationships.Responsible for facilitating communication to publicize project outcomes.Lead internal and external project meetings.Interfacing with teams throughout the organization to provide status on infrastructure initiatives.Maximize knowledge transfer through the creation of easy-to-understand documentation, standard operating procedures, and policy manual updates.Tracking compliance initiatives ensuring audit requirements are met.Monitoring spend on infrastructure costs and tracking expiration of platform subscriptions. Work with Legal and Purchasing Departments on submissions and termination of contract agreements.Salary Range$60,000-$120,000.00 USD.The successful candidate is expected to work in one of our offices 3-4 days per week and also be available for travel as required.The annual base salary range posted represents a broad range of salaries around the U.S. and is subject to many factors including but not limited to credentials, education, experience, geographic location, job responsibilities, performance, skills and/or training.2+ years of experience with IT Infrastructure project management.1+ years of experience with Microsoft Project and/or similar project management platforms. Success in leading and managing complex, projects from concept to post-deployment.Experience documenting project plans.Highly self-motivated, collaborative individual with the ability to work independently. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Superior verbal and written communication abilities.Delivery focused with a capacity to drive tasks forward to meet deadlines.
