We operate 56 concession outlets, 70 suites, and three clubs, including the exclusive Chase Club which offers an all-inclusive dining experience.Partner with Pastry Chef to review menus and guest orders to determine the type and quantities of food to be prepared dailyComply with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and proceduresEnsure proper food temperatures are maintained, correct storage of food, freshness and quality of all menu items, appropriate specifications of packages of all productsKeep workstations, coolers, and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked, and maintain the kitchen and storage facilities in a sanitary conditionPerform opening, closing and side work dutiesPerform other duties as assignedMinimum of 2 years of previous experience in a pastry positionAbility to read and comprehend prep sheets and recipes and basic math skills, with the ability to calculate and follow recipe measurements including grams and ounces on a culinary scaleCulinary School or Pastry Education preferred, but not requiredMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 poundsAbility to remain standing for the entire length of shift while also walking, bending, reaching, and performing other repetitive motionsManual dexterity is sufficient to chop, mix, blend, whip, etc. a variety of foods and liquidsExposed to variable temperatures
