As our B2B Campaign Coordinator, you will be responsible for callingtargeted lists of existing, inactive and prospective businesses and organizations to increase purchase rate and revenue while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesEssential FunctionsContacts businesses and organizations through a multi-touch approach including phone and emailUncovers the current buyer(s) in the organization including online research as necessary for high value leads Conducts customer/buyer/contact hygiene as necessaryUtilizes sales discovery to understand customer needs and purchasing requirementsEffectively conveys Oriental Trading Business value proposition and differentiation points Increases customer awareness of the full company product lineIdentifies high value leads and opportunities and forwards to the correct Account representativesMeets or exceeds established sales and purchase rate goals set by Oriental Trading CompanyCreates, assists and/or follows up on high value quotes for customersAssists customers in problem resolution or forwards to the correct teams to addressActively markets company products and services by providing materials that can be shared inside customer organizationsDevelops and maintains a basic knowledge of competition, products, markets, pricing, strategies, handling of customer needs and problem resolution Achieves a high level of phone and email activity (talks to customers roughly 3 hours per day making 75+ calls and working 75+ emails)Effectively tracks contacts, opportunities, and other tasks and information as requiredMaintains regular and predictable attendanceAbides by all policies and procedures of Oriental Trading CompanyMarginal FunctionsAttends company functions, meetings, seminars, etc. which may not impact their own customer base directly but will have a positive impact on the company as wholeDocuments sales efforts for current customers, prospects and sales campaigns through standardized forms, reports, and systemsPerforms other related duties and projects as assigned Here’s what you need to join the fun:Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesEducationBachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, Education or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperienceExperience in a fast-paced customer interfacing role. 2 years of sales or equivalent role preferredOther QualificationsAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in written formStrong telephone sales skills/experienceExcellent organizational and analytical skillsPossess high level of professionalism, ethics and confidence with an engaging personality and commitment to driving resultsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to handle customers in a professional and courteous mannerJoin us at Oriental Trading, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, where fun means business!
