Currently, we are hiring for Pest Control Technician - Additional Services in your area! Our Additional Service Technicians are responsible for providing 5-star customer service while performing our additional services, which include termite, mosquito, insulation, exclusion, German roach, rodent and wildlife removal, flea/tick and bed bug treatments.If this sounds like you, come join the team and start spreading happiness by keeping bugs out of our customer’s beds, barbecues, bungalows, and businesses!Pay and BenefitsThe Company is proud to offer competitive pay, growth opportunities, full benefits, and monthly/quarterly/annual bonuses (in applicable positions)!For this role, we offer:Competitive hourly rate (up to $21 DOE)Additional compensation opportunitiesPaid time off Sick/Safe time - 1 hour per every 30 hours worked with a maximum of 80 hours annuallyVacation - begins at the equivalent of 3 days per year with an additional day per year of service capped at 9 days10 company-paid holidaysBenefits (employee as well as family)MedicalHealth Savings Account (HSA) DentalVisionVoluntary LifeShort-Term and Long-Term Disability401(k), with match of 100% of the first 3% of each employee’s contribution and 50% of the next 2%Employee Assistance ProgramRally Health and Wellness ProgramEmployee and Friends/Family Discounted Pest Control ServicesWhat will I be doing in this position?We understand that we cannot list every single task that you will do in this position, but below is an overview of our expectations:Additional Service Technicians complete installation of our additional services, which include, but not limited to the following:Provide exclusion and/or manual solutions to building interiors and exteriors of buildings for rodent controlProvide remediation services to crawl spaces and attics for rodent control and thermal improvementAccomplish all tasks while utilizing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Work with inspectors to provide the best solutions for customers to help our customers maintain a high quality of lifeWork effectively and safely with all tools and equipment. Maintain these tools and equipment.Complete all work with the highest degree of respect toward each customer and their propertyInteract with customers, face-to-face, to explain service features and benefitsFollow scheduled routes, communicate with office staff and managers, and maintain accurate and organized service recordsRegularly operate and maintain a company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, while adhering to the Company Vehicle PolicyDrive a box truck when required, adhering to DOT and safety requirements in addition to adhering to Company Box Truck PolicyManage inventory, equipment, and tools by reporting to the branch for restocks, and the checking in/out of equipmentHave a commitment to safety in all job areas, including driving, service, and training; this includes participation in on-site meetings and trainingsPhysical Demands and Working ConditionsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
