HR Manager

HR Manager LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a HR Manager with 6 years of experience in a similar position. This is a contract role located in Manhattan, NY.Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact for employee issues, concerns, and disputes.Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers on performance management.Manage employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and industry standards.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.Handle investigations and disciplinary procedures in a timely and legal manner.Manage the administration of employee benefits (healthcare, retirement plans, etc.).Develop and implement compensation strategies that are competitive within the industry.Collaborate with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely compensation.Develop and manage the company's Total Rewards strategy, including salary, bonuses, benefits, and non-monetary rewards.Evaluate and benchmark compensation structures to ensure competitiveness within the industry.Oversee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and employee recognition.Conduct annual reviews of compensation and benefits to maintain market alignment and internal equity.Qualifications:Proficient with HRIS Systems Worksite: OnsiteEmployment Type: ContractSalary: $40-45/hr Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hourSearch managed by: Patrick Garron Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
