LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to provide administrative support to a fast-paced Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice group at our client's law firm.Location: Downtown Pittsburgh (FT, Onsite Only)Salary: $50K-$60K (DOE)Experience: 2+ YearsTesting: Typing speed of 55+ WPM requiredWhat You'll Do:Manage attorney calendars, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.Prepare, revise, and maintain legal documents.Assist with trial preparation, including creating and organizing materials, exhibits, and witness binders.E-file documents in state, federal, and bankruptcy district courts.Handle expense reports and ensure accurate attorney billing.Transcribe legal dictation while maintaining client confidentiality.Use web-based case management systems for efficient document storage.What We're Looking For:2+ years of recent experience in a busy U.S. law firm, supporting multiple attorneys in an administrative role.Experience in commercial bankruptcy is preferred.Proficiency in e-filing with courts in multiple jurisdictions.Knowledge of bankruptcy procedures (Chapters 7, 9, 11, 12, and 13) and out-of-court restructurings is highly preferred.Familiarity with commercial and real estate loan modifications, lien disputes, foreclosures, and more is a plus.Strong scheduling, prioritization, and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Team player with the ability to work independently.Notary public licensure and paralegal certification are pensation & Benefits:Salary: $50K-$60K (based on experience)Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, 401(k), Life/AD&D, Long-term DisabilityPay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per yearSearch managed by: Jenny Ade Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records subject to federal contractor requirements and/or security clearance requirements.
