Manage supply operations for all clinical supply areas including standardization of protocols and training to ensure the efficient distribution of clinical instruments, equipment and supplies. Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure all delivery of supplies are on schedule. Manage the day-to-day operations of all clinical supply areas and simulation lab staff to determine special needs, review orders & assure that the orders match with bulk items previously approved in the student kits or as approved by Senior Director, Instrumentation and Sterilization Manage staff performance. Assists with the clinical purchasing, storage, assembly of medical, dental, surgical and related supplies, materials, instruments and equipment utilized in the care and treatment of patients at the college. Approve daily purchase orders for clinical supplies and assure that the appropriate materials as identified by the formulary committee are ordered in acceptable quantities.Required Education:Bachelors degreePreferred Education:Completion of Dental training program or equivalent experienceRequired Experience:Minimum of 3 years of dental product experience or 5 years of general healthcare product experience.Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Ability to work under a quality driven environment with a strong focus on customer service and support. Self-motivated individual with the ability to prioritize daily assignments to meet objectives. Must be able to instantly change direction on daily goals and then reassert efforts back toward previous project.In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $64,608.84 to USD $78,966.36. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
