Please note this is a hybrid position.Manager IST (EPIC Revenue Cycle Applications) is responsible for implementing, optimizing, and supporting the Epic revenue cycle applications to include, Hospital Billing (HB), Physician Billing (PB), Claims, Health Information Management (HIM) and the analysts who make up the teams. Ensures system functionality is designed and delivered to support clinical, business, and information needs. Engages key clinical and operational stakeholders to align Information Technology resources to support the organization's goals and objectives. Partners with clinical, revenue cycle, and operational support staff to develop, implement, and maintain software solutions to support optimal care delivery and healthcare operations. Provides information technology leadership and support for business and clinical functions. Works closely with the other Application Managers and operational teams to identify changes required in the current workflow, system design, build, and long-term support. Communicates the identified changes required in the current workflow, system design-build, and long-term support into functional solutions within the Revenue Cycle Application teams. Manages and supports these efforts by tracking metrics and outcomes. Elevates team members' thinking and understanding by infusing best practice knowledge into the work. Manages the selection, development, and coaching of team members.Bachelor's degree in clinical, Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Computer Systems, Business Administration, or another related field is required. Five (5) years relevant managerial experience in application development, support, and maintenance, successfully leading teams to complete deadlines is required. Two (2) years of project management experience and a strong understanding of project management methodologies are required. Experience working in a healthcare system revenue cycle operational setting; a minimum of five (5) years is preferred. EPIC certification preferred. Experience working to define needs, provide analysis, and document the consequences of change. Additional related experience may be substituted for the degree on a year-for-year basis.Credential required: Bachelor’s Degree
