Including health, dental and vision.Company paid STD, LTD and Life insurance401k + employer matching up to 4% Three weeks of PTOPaid wellness time11 paid HolidaysHere’s what you’ll do:Enhance our community.Maintaining the property in an attractive and comfortable condition by picking up trash and keeping the grounds clean and free of debrisDaily cleaning of office, clubhouse, kitchen, model, laundry etcComplete all duties regarding make-ready and unit turns including: Cleaning the unit- windows, floors, fixtures, cabinets, vacuum, Minor repairs including appliances, plumbing, electrical as neededPaintingOn-the-job training will be provided as needed.Build relationships with residents."¯You'll make positive connections with residents by offering a smile and a greeting when you see them and chatting as you make repairs in their homes.Notice the details."¯You’ll walk the property daily, inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety, and helping to maintain great curb appeal. Report any unusual circumstances of make ready apartments to supervisorThis list in by no means extensive but in short, your main responsibility is to take pride in the look and feel of the property - ensuring the standard is great for our residents. This position is paid biweekly at a pay rate of $14.00 / hour.Sound good so far? Here’s what you’ll need:Have to haves:Availability to work a flexible scheduleValid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportationCarbon Literacy Certification or willingness to undertake trainingNice to haves:High school diploma or equivalentTrade school and/or military training or industry designation (CAMT or CAMT II)You’ll need to have some experience ideally within grounds keeping or facilities; with a proactive approach to solving problems.
