Check out our company page: https://www.imagefirst.com/company/Due to continuing growth, we are seeking aDistrict Service Manager to join our team.RESPONSIBILITIES:The primary focus of this position is to manage, direct, and develop customer relations and service management. The district service manager will oversee and manage the growth opportunities within these routes. RESPONSIBILITIES:Professionally respect and embrace our company’s Goals and ValuesHire, train, develop and coach service personnelDaily execution of service routes and customer interactionsRoute Logistics - Routing of AccountsDaily merchandise control of all clean and soiled productsDaily coaching, training and monitoring of route performance through check in processManage daily account functions: (audits, scrub counts, route reconciliations, truck maintenance logs, linen reconciliation etc.)Accuracy and timeliness of daily invoicesSupport route, sales and growth through additional offeringsManage and maintain a recurring revenue streamExecute business plan for renewing, expanding and developing route businessEnsure 100% completion of quaterly customer contacts and auditsPromote safety, security and self development - supportingan empowered, self directed team conceptAdherence to all policies, guidelines and outside agency compliancesMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 2 years of route sales experienceBachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent managerial experienceFamiliarity with Manhattan, Northern New Jersey areasStrong organizational and oral communications skillsProficient with MS Office, general PC applications.
