Document Review Attorney

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Document Review Attorney for a contract opportunity. The Document Review Attorney will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing large volumes of legal documents in various cases. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.Duration: 12+ monthsLocation: Fully on-site in NYCHourly Rate: $35.00 (40 hours/week)Responsibilities:Assist with assembling, analyzing, and documenting facts for engagement mattersAssist in executing engagement workflow and administrationAssist with imaging, media processing, document tracking, and chain of custody requirementsSupport for engagement software access and troubleshootingAssist in preparing reports based on business issues and facts being analyzedParticipate in the review of contracts and other documents following instructions and guidelines provided by [defined term for Deloitte] and its clientParticipate in document review requiring legal training and education including substantive relevancy, issue coding, privilege and redaction review as per engagement needsAssist in performing quality control activities for document review as needed Qualifications:Ability to balance multiple projects and responsibilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and AccessKnowledge of litigation management software including but not limited to Concordance, Introspect, Relativity, and cloud providers where necessaryJuris Doctor, must be licensed in NY Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
