Position: Physical Therapist - OutpatientLocation: 6565 W. Main Street Kalamazoo, MIIncentives: Up to $10,000 Bonus and Student Debt BenefitSchedule: Monday-FridayCompensation:Salaried, commensurate with experience, PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Debt Benefit ProgramThis NovaCare outpatient physical therapy office has a focus on clinical excellence and staff training to achieve the best patient outcomes. Caseload is primarily non-surgical orthopedics including specialty areas of spine care, TMD/upper cervical treatment, lower quarter biomechanics, high school and collegiate athletes, pain management and dizziness/concussion/vestibular disorders. Opportunity to work alongside two fellowship-trained orthopaedic manual physical therapists who serve as instructors and fellowship mentors. Complete and maintain all corporate & clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations. Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary and document this need clearly. Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors at all times.
