This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced packaging professional to contribute to impactful projects in a dynamic environment.Position Overview:The Packaging Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing packaging solutions that meet the company's quality, cost, and sustainability goals. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging designs are effective, efficient, and aligned with product requirements.Key Responsibilities:Design and Development: Create innovative packaging designs and solutions that optimize functionality, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness. Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulations.Material Selection: Evaluate and select appropriate packaging materials based on product requirements, sustainability goals, and cost constraints.Prototyping and Testing: Develop prototypes and conduct rigorous testing to assess packaging performance, durability, and safety. Analyze test results and make necessary design modifications.Collaboration: Work closely with product development, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure packaging solutions integrate seamlessly into production processes.Vendor Management: Source and manage relationships with packaging suppliers and manufacturers. Evaluate supplier capabilities and negotiate terms to achieve the best pliance and Documentation: Ensure packaging designs comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. Maintain accurate documentation and specifications for all packaging projects.Project Management: Lead packaging projects from concept to implementation, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
