The Data Integrity Coordinator ensures that medical record documentation is compliant with current policies, CMS, DNV, the Department of Health, and Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations.QualificationsAssociates Degree required.3-5 years of work experience required.Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) by the American Health Information Management Association.(Note: RHIA requires Bachelors Degree.
