Description Position at GroupM Investment ABOUT THE ROLE: The Manager, Automationis expected to demonstrate the following skills/experience: hands-on skills in data management and data visualizationquantitative data analysis, problem solving,statisticalmodeling, AI/Machine learning, the ability to develop/analyze business cases. Strong ability to design,customizeand maintainplatforms for contract management, business intelligenceand user access.Excellent oral and written communication skills, client focus and the ability to support and enable teamwork, self-motivated and able to operate independently with limited guidance and direction. YOUR IMPACT: Build AI/machine learning models forContract Management and Investment Intelligence Translate business needs into technical requirements including data structuring, data modeling and data visualization Define QA guidelines and build dashboards to monitor data quality Analyze complex, high volume data from multiple sourcesand generate datainsightsto drive business KPIs and solve business problems BuildAzuredatapipelinesto ingest data from multiple sources (APIs,Data Warehouse,Cloud storage accounts,Emails etc.) Createdashboards inTableau,setuprow level security in data andprovideaccesspermission to client teams Provide on-going analytical support utilizingdata management, technologyto addressbusinessissues regarding mediaand advertising Manageproject timelines and deliverable schedules and shareconcerns about deliverables, timelines, andissueswithsenior management Manage and mentor analysts on theprojectsto ensureexcellenceand professional development YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degreein Computer Science.MS degree inComputer Science,Statistics is preferred 2+ yearsrelatedworkexperienceindesigning robust, reusable and scalable data solutions and pipeline frameworks to automate ingestion, processing and delivery of large volumes of dataand buildingmachine learning models to answer key business driving questions 3+ years relatedworkexperience in media and advertising industry preferred Experience in Cloudbased environments: Microsoft Azure, GoogleBigQuery Expertise in MDM, Metadata Management, Data Quality and Business Intelligence Strong skills in SQL and proven experience working with at least one of the major databases platforms (SQLServer, Oracle,MySQL) Knowledge ofdata visualization tools such as Tableaufor data analysis and presentation Fluency inadvanced analytics software package (R,Python,etc). Comprehensive understanding ofmediametrics: Media (e.g. buying models, CPV, VCR, GRP), Measurement analytics, Quantitative business measures (LTV, NPV, ROI, Churn, etc.), Statistics (Correlations, sample sizing, etc.) Preferred but not required, work experience in the legal or contract management arena Proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented,andQA-focused. The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
