The Regional Development Specialist I will prospect, develop, and maintain profitable, quality lending relationships with dealer partners by phone and regular in person visits.This position willgrow the business by demonstrating value to all Dealer Management, which requires thorough knowledge of program capabilities and ability to learn industry specifics quickly while meeting sales goals and travel demands.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Manage and maintain a territory of existing client dealer relationships on an as needed basisExecute a prospecting plan to grow existing client dealer base within a defined marketDemonstrate the value and benefits of ACA’s Point of Sale (POS) programProperly explain the loan documentation process for the client dealerDefine and manage the process for receiving/collecting auto loan application information from client dealerMaintain and present a professional image both via telephone and in-personQuickly identify negative trends or potential issues within the loan application process and know when to escalateStay abreast of competitive intelligence, understand competitor program strength/weaknesses and effectiveness, and solicit client dealer feedbackRemain flexible to adapt to changes quickly based on business/territory needsPerform other tasks as assignedQualificationsCandidates should meet 80% of the listed qualifications to be considered.1+ years of sales and finance experienceBachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or business is preferredProficient computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft applicationsDynamics CRM experience preferred but not requiredMust have the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyMust have the ability to solve problems, digest and apply information, learn new skills, and think criticallyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortability presenting information both over the phone and in-personAble to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environmentExcellent time management skills, highly energetic, and self-motivatedAbility to clearly communicate and sell program features and benefitsAbility to quickly assess dealer needs, identify issues, and know when to escalateSalary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per yearBenefits401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSupervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no supervisory responsibilitiesWork Environment and Physical DemandsIn most cases an in-home office must be maintained.
