Perform daily review of trade, identification, and other data received from multiple sources, including from: internal sales and contact management systems, internal shareholder trading systems, firm-supplied trade and identification files, and from internal sales management (including for territory re-alignment)Research records flagged through automated stewardship; determine needed adjustments through lookup using internal stewardship, sales, trading, reporting, and other systems; Web searches; FINRA databases; and firm-supplied data. Call external firm contacts, internal sales management, etc. to resolve discrepancies where applicableCreate data adjustments needed for accuracy, completeness, consistency, or aggregation / disaggregation of dataPrepare and distribute daily sales reporting (e.g. Fund Flows Report)Systems and Business WorkflowsProvides intimate knowledge on business processes, data mapping, and system configurations2+ years of experienceBachelors Degree PrefferedAnnual base salary between $75,000 to $85,000.The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. Actual base salaries may vary depending on factors such as location and experience.
