The Assistant Director reports to the Assistant Vice President of Clinical Services.Master’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university required oran equivalent combination of education and experience. Nursing, healthcare administration, business administration or related field preferred.BS degree in Nursing or Health related field requiredNew York State RN licensureMinimum of five years’ experience in healthcare, with three years managerial/administrative experience required.Hospice & palliative care experience strongly preferred.Knowledge and experience in healthcare management, finance and interpersonal relations.Knowledge of current Joint Commissionaccreditation program.USD $120,860.29/Yr.USD $151,075.36/Yr.
