At Titletown we manage The Turn, featuring Topgolf Swing Suites, and operate special events including seasonal sledding and ice skating.Work closely with Catering Manager to develop and maintain guest relationshipsAssists with booking, set-up and tear down, and full execution of catered eventsMaintain established food presentation and service standards, providing ongoing developments based upon current trends in the catering industryMaintain an organized system of comprehensive record-keeping for each catered event, local event days, monthly inventory, requisitions, as well as appropriate levels of related catering supplies and decorations in keeping with the seasonsAssist with recruitment for hourly team members, including working with the Talent Acquisition team to pre-screen candidates, conduct interviews, and identify individuals for hireOther duties as assignedMinimum 2 years’ related experience, as well as previous experience with restaurant or banquet operations, guest service, recruiting, and trainingNo college degree requiredFamiliar with the hospitality or entertainment industryStrong communication, organizational skills, and customer service skillsMake informed decisions from analyzed dataExperience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ability to learn catering softwareCapacity to stand and walk during shift, ability to move inventory, products, carts, and tables, as well as using kitchen utensils and commercial kitchen equipmentPossible exposure to variable temperatures and wet and humid conditions
