ASPEN, CO / EUROPE / ASIA (NATIONWIDE SEARCH) - A dynamic family based in Aspen, CO, is seeking a FULL-TIME LIVE-IN TRAVEL NANNY to join them on their global adventures. They have a lively, sweet, and funny 1.5-year-old son and are looking for a warm, engaging nanny with a passion for travel and the flexibility to accompany them on extended international trips. They need someone ready to start as early as September 10th, in preparation for an exciting trip abroad in November. The family plans to spend about half of the year in Europe and the other half in the US, with a busy travel schedule extending into the new year. Therefore, the ideal candidate will have a valid passport and be prepared to jump into this role with enthusiasm. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, with flexibility as needed. The family would also appreciate availability for occasional date nights and weekends. Accommodations will always include a private room or apartment while traveling. The family values experience, independence, and proactivity. They are looking for someone who can manage their son's care and daily routines autonomously, anticipating needs like planning, packing, and restocking without needing close supervision. Creativity and a proactive approach are highly desired, such as planning engaging playtime activities or organizing developmental exercises to foster their son's growth. Compassion and patience are key, as they want to nurture their son's energetic and blossoming personality. Responsibilities include all childcare-related duties, including meal preparation and creating enriching activities, as well as occasional household tasks like laundry, tidying up, grocery shopping, and running light errands. The family offers competitive pay of $35-45+/hr, depending on experience, along with benefits including 5 paid sick days, 10 days PTO, federal holidays off and paid, and a health stipend.
