At FutureCare the Maintenance Director is resopnsible for developing and executing the maintenance prevention program within the facility and determines the need for emergency renovation, carpentry services, plumbing, electrical, and other maintenance services as needed. We also offer a Competitive Salary, Excellent Benefits Package, Flex/Advance Pay, Paid Time Off, Employee Assistance Plan, Tuition Assistance, Career Growth Ladder, Referral Bonus Program, and a 401K Plan.#INDDIRSupervise and monitor maintenance staff and maintenance contractors working in the facilityProvideongoing preventative maintenance and upkeep of the facility, building, building systems, fire/safety equipment and medical equipmentOversee and approve all necessary repairs and maintains accurate records and logs and produces required reportsInspect maintenance work for quality, safety, and complianceMaintain a clean, safe working environment (workshop)Verify daily logs of refrigerator temperaturesValidate daily test and logs of water temperatures within the facilityMandate and observe budgetary guidelines regarding supplies and service and follows proper procedure as if relates to purchase order system and approval before ordering supplies.Adheres to facility policies and procedures.Acts as chairperson for Safety CommitteeAbides by the standards identified in FutureCare’s Statement of Corporate Ethics and the Corporate Compliance PlanAssures compliance with State and Federal Regulatory codesHigh school graduate or equivalent; college graduate a plusMust have at least 5years experience in a maintenance supervisory roleGeneral knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, roofing, and groundsGeneral knowledge of the principles of supervision, organization and administrationmust exercise considerable independent judgmentAbility exercise tact and courtesy in contacts with facility staff, contractors and general public
