We have acquired the most technologically and physically advanced resources available to meet the growing needs of our customers.Job Title: Sales Representative - HVAC The core responsibility of this role is to secure new customers by selling maintenance agreements related to HVAC, Controls, and Building Operations Services. Additionally, the candidate will be tasked with promoting proactive mechanical, energy, and controls projects to both new and existing clients. This position demands the capacity and eagerness to excel in a dynamic, multitasking environment with a primary emphasis on sales, client prospecting, and customer service, often involving travel to potential and current customer locations.Essential Duties Responsibilities:Grow Service maintenance base by selling commercial HVAC service products solutions to new and existing customers, including repair service, modernization and service agreementsMaintain relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services, always.Work with other branch personnel to ensure great customer service from the order to the delivery and beyondPerform customer surveys as requiredrequestedto determine opportunities for enhanced energy efficiency through equipment replacementretrofit and proactive predictive maintenanceDevelop and maintain vendor relationsObtain all licensing required to perform job function, as applicable.Obtain manufacturers' certifications required to perform job function, as applicableComplete proper scheduling and execution of monthly calls as assigned by managementExecute all Company processes and complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely mannerContinually enhance sales skills and product knowledge in order to promote a professional image in the fieldRead architectural and mechanical drawings and determine proper HVAC locations for new construction and remodel projectsMake regular site visits to all projects and coordinate flow of materials to foreman on site to keep projects moving and achieve completion in a timely and efficient mannerAttend related trade association and business associations events to further develop relationships.Reach your written and annual sales goals.Qualifications:Education Work Experience:Sales experience selling HVAC services in a business-to-business environment desired.HVAC field experience or related industry experience recommended.Ability to read job specifications to determine the proper use of products required.High school diploma or GED required; college graduate preferred.Ability to maintain a positive work environment required.Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous tasks required.Excellent written and oral communication skills required.Must possess a valid driver's license with a clear driving record required.Strong computer proficiencies: Micro Office Suite 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Smartsheet, SharePoint).Notice to prospective employees:There have been fraudulent postings and emails regarding job openings.
